Service Description. This Site describes Handyman Services, Home Repair, Drywall Repair, Gutter Cleaning, Fixture Installation, Construction Services, Handyman, General Handyman provided by Holland Home & Electric. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

No Warranties. Holland Home & Electric disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holland Home & Electric's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Holland Home & Electric in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Holland Home & Electric from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
